OTM stands for “off the market”. Customers can have a buyer’s remorse and return a product they bought within 14 days after the purchase. As the product can’t be labelled “brand new” anymore, the phone can not be sold at the retail price again. Nevertheless, this mobile phone will show no signs of use and in perfect working condition.

OTM phones are the phones that have been returned to the store within 14 days of the return period and are later sold for a lower price. They can also be classified as non-used phones since bought phones for no more than 14 days are slightly used if used at all.

Refurbished phones are the phones that have been returned, repaired and/or tested if needed, have been cleaned and finally resold at a lower-than-retail price.

Each listing includes a section that describes the status of the item. All brands are OTM, which means that every phone, regardless if it’s an Apple or Samsung product, will be in OTM condition.

OTM phones are returned within the first few days of (non)use and you should expect a phone in excellent condition, without any sign of usage.

Every phone comes in original packaging with original accessories, charger and USB cable.

It is always good to check compatibility before purchase. As a rule of thumb, iPhones are compatible worldwide, while other device models are labelled as V for Verizon or T for  T-Mobile. Product specs can be found on every product page.

Upon detailed inspection of all of the phones we receive, we reset each device back to the original factory settings. We have strict checks to make sure all phones are shipped with no prior users data at all.

Before shipping the smartphone, we will send you the IMEI number, along with the pictures and video that shows the phone you are going to receive.

We do not offer phones that have been reported either lost or stolen and this is strictly against our company’s policy. We work closely with certified suppliers and test every phone’s hardware and software to comply with the manufacturer’s standards. Our testing includes rigorous controls of the IMEI/ESN and we try our best to offer only phones that are clean.

Don’t panic, as reasons for not being able to login are usually quite innocent.
Firstly, please check that you entered the correct email address. If you use more than one email address, it may get a bit confusing and one can easily forget which one was used for creating the particular account.

Same applies for a password, you may need to pay attention that your password is correctly entered, with all the elements, lowercase and uppercase characters, symbols and numbers it may contain. Shipping

This is possible only prior to dispatching, we cannot change the shipping details after the package is handed over to the carrier, unfortunately. Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to change the shipping address and we will let you know if we can make this happen.

We send all our phones from Hong Kong by DHL free of charge and we aim for the next day dispatch on all orders received before 5PM (GMT+1) Monday to Friday. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment that you can use to track your order progress. All products sent by DHL are insured. Any orders made after 5PM (GMT+1) on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Our company’s practice is to dispatch the very next day all orders processed before 17:00 GMT+1 time.

Delivery time will vary depending on where you are located, but you can expect your package to arrive between 2 and 8 working days.

We usually don’t have problems with deliveries, however, sometimes losses or damages to the packages do occur. To minimize unforeseen risks, we use world’s largest logistics company, DHL, that provides shipping insurance that covers the actual value of your parcel in case it gets damaged or lost. We also provide a tracking number for each order which gives you the possibility to keep an eye on your parcel while in transit.

There is no reason to worry, as you will find a card in your mailbox left by the courier with instructions on how to proceed in this matter. This card will tell you when they will try to deliver again or where you can collect your package. If offered options don’t suit you, you can select a new delivery time that suits you better on their missed delivery page.

Return Policy & Warranty

Yes, we offer a 14-day return from the day of the purchase. We only accept returns in case of unopened package. Shipping cost will not be reimbursed for unwanted products.

We have 6-month warranty that covers issues limited only to the motherboard issues.

Warranty does not include battery issues, cracked screen (glass layer = digitizer), LCD screen issues, and damage caused by liquid. For any intentional damage, the warranty won’t be applied.

In case you face an issue with the motherboard of your phone, please send us the receipt of fixing the issue and we will send you a refund within 7 days after receiving the receipt.
